How to sign up for Countdown Premium

  1. Review terms and conditions on the bottom of this page.
  2. Click the "Get Started" button on the AWS Countdown Premium page. You will be redirected to the AWS Support Plans page in the AWS Console to complete the sign up process.
  3. Enter the mandatory information in the sign-up form, and include   the appropriate promo code. For Global Promotion: Enter promo code "CDP25" and for Regional Pricing Promotion: Enter promo code "CDP40"

The AWS Service team will reach out to complete processing of your request; engagement will start in 5-7 business days.

By requesting the AWS Countdown Premium Promotion ("the Promotion"), you agree to these terms.
Global Promotion (Code: CDP25)

  • Complete the sign up form for AWS Countdown Premium in your Support Console between Jan 1–Dec 31, 2026 (12:00 pm UTC). Available to first 100 customers. Enter code "CDP25" in "Primary AWS Service". AWS will verify eligibility and enable Countdown Premium within 7 days. Billed $7,500/month for 2+ months (the "Promotion Period").
  • Eligibility: Excludes accounts in: Argentina, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Spain, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, and Ukraine.

Regional Pricing Promotion (Code: CDP40)

  • Complete the sign up form for AWS Countdown Premium in your Support Console between Jun 1–Dec 31, 2026 (12:00 pm UTC). Available to first 60 customers. Enter code "CDP40" in "Primary AWS Service". AWS will verify eligibility and enable Countdown Premium within 7 days. Billed $6,000/month for 2+ months (the "Promotion Period").

  • Post-Promotion: Extend at public pricing. Cancel with 30 days' notice to aws-countdown-subscription@amazon.com.
  • Termination: 30 days notice to aws-countdown-subscription@amazon.com.
  • One per account; cannot combine with other offers.AWS may modify or cancel anytime. 
  • Non-transferable.Violating terms invalidates offer.
