Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each license maps to one paid member. A member consumes a paid seat and has full access to create their own boards and content. Guests and visitors do not consume a paid seat: guests need a free account and get limited access, while visitors join boards through a shared public link.
Adding a member mid-cycle is prorated, so you pay only for the days remaining in your billing period. Removing a member takes effect at renewal, not immediately. To reduce seats, make the change before your renewal date.
Credits power the AI suite and are pooled across your organization, consumed per AI action. The credit count scales with your seat count. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Admins can monitor usage. If you need more, additional credit packages are available for purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Miro makes it to turn complex ideas into a visual workspace. I used it to create a cloud architecture diagram, map an incident-response workflow, and organize action items on one board. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, and being able to keep diagrams, notes, workflows, and tasks together makes it easier to understand and organize a technical problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
For larger boards, it can take some time to keep everything organized and avoid the canvas becoming crowded. Some of the more advanced options also take a little exploration to understand. A simpler way to manage large boards and discover advanced features would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize technical information that would otherwise be spread across diagrams, notes, and task lists. I used it to bring a cloud architecture, an incident scenario, the response workflow, and follow-up actions into one visual workspace. This makes it easier for me to understand the overall situation, explain technical ideas clearly, and keep related information organized in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to collaborate between teams and with external collaborators. The password feature helps keep things secure while still making collaboration feel seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI features in Miro are still a bit wonky. For example, when it comes to clustering insights, it doesn’t seem very good at detecting patterns and grouping things into clear categories yet, and I still have to spend time double-checking and refining the categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Miro is great when it comes to workshops and envisioning user or customer journeys, especially when it comes to cross-team collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
It was a very simple and clean Jira board that allowed for easy understanding of the current project status.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI scaling could be a bit weird some times, where either it is zoomed out wayyyyy to much in the browser or way to close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It functioned great as a JIRA board to track tickets and project item status.

What do you like best about the product?
As a UX designer, Miro has all the tools I need to create my flows, the interactive board and useful tools ensure I’m able to put together complex flows with ease. The templates help make work faster as well

I currently do not have any features I dislike, it works best for all my use cases

What do you like best about the product?
Real time collaboration and the ability to develop a workshop with your Client in mind using the various tools available to you. Miro is also very easy to use, and plug-ins to other software are available to help streamline your work so you have a faster turnaround time. The new AI capabilities also help with summarizing information and making overall collaboration time easier. Miro elevates storytelling to another level!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more students using Miro. Maybe at a college level, offer an enterprise package to a university to be competitive with other comparable platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing divergent ideas into convergent solutions. Safe space to have Retrospectives and Inceptions. Design and create different workshops across the organization in general.
