The main use case for SignNow in our organization is executing electronic signature management, whereby we use it to sign and approve, track, and scan and verify documents using the soft copy model while setting templates and ensuring easy use and quick sharing. SignNow helps us execute e-signatures, which is vital towards our operations in terms of contract management, approval of business deals, and sending business documents to ensure that our workflow runs smoothly.

Recently we executed a project where the terms of service required both remote and on-site work. When working remotely, people on site send documents to the office and those working remotely send their updates to the office as well. In this case, there is a process of verification, uploading, and sharing of vital business documents. We also had to share updates with the client. SignNow was vital in managing contracts and paperwork by allowing us to share, approve, scan, upload, and approve all various assigned tasks, ensuring nothing became strained and we never faced difficulties in those areas. The paperwork was uploaded on time and we were able to send timely updates based on project progress.

Another area where SignNow fits in our workflow is in preparing document templates. The documents we use in our organization are developed over time and sometimes we require a template from which to develop a final product. When coming up with various documents to support our workflow, we start from a template, which must be shared with all relevant departments and approval heads. We use SignNow to share and approve templates. Since we have remote working, we need to share vital templates, which is done using SignNow and keeps our workflow moving forward.

SignNow has saved us time and money, and we have reduced the number of errors. We do not need any courier services or physical sending of documents, which has helped our profitability. On time spent and money saved, we do not need to print documents. When we have meetings or want to send documents to our various partners, we do not need to print huge tons of documents. We just use the platform and send that document to even five partners. Previously, we could print huge tons of documents and send huge parcels, which made our cost of doing business very high. Now we are able to cut that down and everything runs very smoothly, bringing quite an impact to our organization.

Based on ballpark numbers for time and money saved, for time, we have saved from 60 to 80% where we have reaped much benefit. Since everything is instant, from reducing printing needs or courier services, we do everything instantaneously. Time has been saved excellently and a rough estimate in annual figures is around 70%. In terms of money, the savings give a ballpark estimate of around 40 to 60%. The printing and courier services that used to consume our money have been eliminated, which is a significant boost and we are able to work very efficiently with those costs eliminated.

SignNow offers a number of features that are very unique and relevant to its use, making it one of the most applicable platforms for e-signature applications. One feature is enabling quick and faster processing of documents. If we were not using SignNow and were using manual methods as we used before, time was spent on printing, scanning, signing, and even physically sending those documents. With SignNow, we have cut down that period. There is no need to print documents, scan them, sign them physically, and then send them through a courier. All we need is the platform and we are able to send the final copy and raw final copy where they are approved. This allows us to process documents more quickly, which is vital in our workflow. Additionally, we have been able to cut down on the costs associated with administrative and paperwork. With manual processing of documents involved in our workflow, we had to print huge reams and copies of documents, which cost time, effort, and resources. Now we have been able to cut that down. The lowering of cost has proved advantageous in enabling our profitability and growing our workflow. Additionally, we have great tracking of our documents. Previously, with manual methods, we were prone to tampering or document fraud. Now with SignNow in place, there is a proper paper trail and we are able to know who handled which documents, who handled it incorrectly, where it went, and if it got lost. We are able to track it very well and retrieve it on time, therefore enhancing document security.

SignNow integrates quickly and easily with the applications already in use in our business, which does not pose much of a challenge. When it integrates and merges very quickly with existing platforms, they usually combine to form a very efficient user interface that enables our employees to use it adeptly and become very resourceful in the application of SignNow.

SignNow is a very compliant and secure platform. It offers the correct access controls and the authentication options are very wide. It enables us to comply with relevant data privacy laws such as HIPAA and GDPR, therefore making us a secure organization.

There exist a number of areas where SignNow can be improved. The first is the reliance on internet connectivity. If the connection is poor, using the platform becomes difficult and not excellent. If there were a way to improve this and provide offline usage while retaining the original security and reliability features, it would go a long way. Another area is the learning curve because it is not a platform that is very straightforward. Users have to learn how to use it, especially new employees. We have to give our users and employees time to learn it and therefore know how to improve it and apply it in the organizational workflow. We have to be patient, not expecting instant turnaround, and allow our users time to adjust and become proficient in the platform.

Another thing regarding features is integration and the requirements needed for customization. We need to have the right environment for the platform to run efficiently. Some of the needed requirements may add to the cost of using the platform and users may turn down the usage of the platform due to that cost involved and feel that it is a bit more expensive.

I have been using SignNow for the last four years.

SignNow is stable. It is a platform that does not pose much of a problem and offers consistent service all the time.

The scalability is excellent. Whenever we want to move up the ladder in using the platform, the vendor is very supportive and we are able to upscale and add more users. As our organization grows, we are able to boost our usage and therefore it is scalable to all users.

The customer support is efficient and responsive to the needs of the client. It is very promising and offers the best response time. I would give a score of seven out of 10.

This is our first solution in implementing e-signature. We did not have a previous solution.

We have seen a return on investment. The return on investment can be seen through the quick turnaround in the implementation of a workflow and how fast we are able to streamline our customer service delivery process. Services are efficient, there is automation, and therefore we are able to relate with our partners and our employees are able to work well. We have seen our return on investment.

Our experience was very smooth. We did not have much of a problem. Whatever we demanded or put forward that we required from the platform was what was offered. There are no hidden prices and therefore everything was straightforward and our experience was not frustrating.

We did not evaluate other solutions.

The reason for my rating of seven out of 10 is due to the ability of the platform and the transformation required. SignNow, once implemented, brings huge savings in terms of cost and time. Those savings in time are usually very relevant in remaining profitable and bringing a turnaround. Therefore, it will empower profitability and enable us to work efficiently and grow our profitability.

Regarding governance and security, the platform is stable and has withstood any attempts to breach it. We have not had any attempts to breach it that we feel have succeeded. It is one that we can rely on and it will guarantee security of our data and other organizational infrastructure. It is governable.

Regarding output, it is always on an upward trajectory and whatever it offers is something that we can rely on. From the transformation experienced, nothing is in doubt. From our usage, the platform is accurate and reliable.

The advice that I would give is that SignNow will never disappoint. It is a platform that will help move to the next level in terms of document approval, signing, and scanning. We will be able to execute e-signatures in business and document approval will help scale up operations and power the execution of our portfolio. We will be able to work in an efficient manner and realize much needed benefits. My overall rating for this review is seven out of 10.
